We always try to deliver within 7 days and most deliveries are made within 3 days

Where we are out of stock or if items are made to measure, we will advise a delivery date before we process the order.

 Orders should be delivered within a maximum of 28 days unless a date is notified at order time.

We use our own transport where possible but we also use carriers and therefore cannot guarantee a delivery time.

If a particular delivery time or date is required please note this on your order and we will contact you before processing the order to advise if this is possible.

Receipt of goods

All deliveries must be signed for on receipt if packaging looks damaged please note on delivery note - you must arrange for someone to be in to accept delivery.
For large or heavy items you must arrange for someone to assist in offloading the delivery.

Delivery Charges... 

We offer Free delivery on orders of over £250 to mainland England and Wales.

Small orders to Mainland England and Wales are subject to a standard £20 delivery charge.

For Scotland and Offshore locations we will advise on delivery charges upon reciept of order.

Windows, Doors and Conservatories outside a 50 mile radius are subject to a £35 delivery charge if within mainland England and Wales. We will confirm a delivery cost for other areas on receipt of your order enquiry.
